PROCESS
Entrust us with your watch

In your QoQa account, find your redeem code and keep it preciously. We will ask for it to make sure it corresponds to your watch type. Then, send us a text via WhatsApp to start the repair process.

Visit our store in Yverdon or send your watch by registered mail with signature upon delivery. Please send us the tracking number via WhatsApp for our records. Once we have your watch, we will send you a proper quote taking into account your voucher.

Once you agree with the quote, we will start the repair process for a maximum duration of six weeks. When your watch is ready, you can pick it up in Yverdon or we can send it back to you by Post. Thanks for your trust!
Atelier
Our licensed watchmakers will be more than happy to help you with your timepieces. Our repairs take a maximum of six weeks, with most common repairs taking less than a month. Please find below our two repair locations where you will be more than welcome with your QoQa voucher. Kindly contact us if you have any questions.

How can I trust you?
We are trained and licensed watchmakers from Lausanne and the Vallée de Joux in Switzerland, with diplomas from ETVJ and CIFOM-ET. Our company is officially registered in Lausanne, Switzerland (CHE-154.547.582). Feel free to contact us and let’s grab a coffee to discuss your needs and desires! It would be a pleasure to meet you.
Is there a warranty on your watches?
Yes! We offer a twelve months warranty in our atelier, with your invoice as proof of purchase. Our warranty does not apply if your purchase has been misused or used in a manner contrary to the specified care instructions.
Is it possible to visit your atelier?
Yes! You can pass by anytime in our Yverdon Boutique. Are you close to Le Brassus? Kindly book an appointment with us before coming.
Will my watch be polished during repair?
Unless asked for, your watch will not be polished during repair, as we believe in keeping your timepiece as original as possible.
What are the conditions and limits of the QoQa voucher?
Services are guaranteed for twelve months on the work performed.
• The processing time is a maximum of six weeks after acceptance of the quote.
• The watch must have all its internal and external parts in order to be accepted for service. Watches that are disassembled, incomplete, modified, flooded, or irreparable may be refused or may require an additional quote.
• Replacement parts (crown, glass, hands, etc.) are not included in the price of the after-sales service. A quote will be submitted for approval before any replacement is made.
• We carry out a complete cleaning of the watch. Polishing is not included in the price but can be carried out on request and after acceptance of the quote.
• If the watch is not water-resistant before servicing, we cannot guarantee that it will be after repair. We always test water resistance to 3 ATM.
• Our offers are also valid for pocket watches.
• Any suspicion of theft or counterfeiting will result in refusal of service.
