Buy with us
Our website provides access to our watches currently for sale. Our list of off-market timepieces is available on request only.
Please send us a message to receive it.
To purchase a watch, you can fill out the form on each product or contact us by specifying the reference of the piece.
Once we agree on the price and conditions of shipping, we issue an invoice which will be sent via email with a 14-days payment deadline. If you encounter any problems with your bank or for any special payment delays, please make sure to contact us.
A meeting in Lausanne or abroad can also be arranged, should our conditions be met. Please contact us to discuss this more in-depth.
Our licensed watchmakers will be more than happy to help you with your timepieces. We could provide a first estimate with a few pictures, but a proper quote would need to see the watch in our atelier. Should you request it, we can also fly our watchmakers to your place and do all the services abroad.
Our quotes are free of charge. Depending on the complexity of the work requested, we might ask for a 50% payment in advance. Most common repairs take less than two weeks, but more in-depth work might take a few months and the help of various watchmakers and specialist. We accept payment via bank transfer and credit card. For cash payments, please note that we only accept Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR) in banknotes smaller than 200€.
Crypto payments are also available, in USDT and BTC.
You can make an appointment to complete the payment in cash in our partner boutique in Lausanne. Please note that we strictly adhere to all the applicable laws and regulations concerning cash payments.
Crypto payments and cash payment in Euros, require a 1.5% bank compensation fee. Credit cards payment are subject to a 2% surcharge.
For Euro and crypto payments, we will use the daily exchange rate and agree with the customer on the exact amount to be paid.
Tax & customs
We offer insured, and tracked shipping worldwide on all of our watches, as well as in-person courier services. Once your order is placed, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange for shipping. Please note that we only ship the watch after your bank wire has cleared. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
Our prices are exclusive of any taxes. Swiss VAT is 7.7%. Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs fees related to their purchase. Customs clearance procedures and protocols vary by country. Please note that ORBIS is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. If you encounter any issues, pleaseccontact your local customs office directly.

How can I trust you?
We are trained and licensed watchmakers from Lausanne and the Vallée de Joux in Switzerland, with diplomas from ETVJ and CIFOM-ET. How much can I pay in cash?
In Switzerland, the current legal maximum amount is 100’000 CHF. There is no limit for crypto payments.
Is there a warranty on your watches?
Yes! We offer a two-years warranty in our atelier, with your invoice as proof of purchase. Our warranty does not apply if your purchase has been misused or used in a manner contrary to the specified care instructions.
Is it possible to visit your atelier?
Sadly our office is not open to clients. We plan on opening our own boutique in Switzerland soon, stay tuned!
Will my watch be polished during repair?
Unless asked for, your watch will not be polished during repair, as we believe in keeping your timepiece as original as possible.
